1. Information We Collect: When you place an order on WipeAura, we collect your name, delivery address, phone number, and optional order notes solely to fulfill and deliver your package via our courier partners.

2. Zero Payment Data Stored: Because we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, we never ask for, collect, or store any credit card or banking information.

3. Use of Data: Your information is used strictly to process orders, send real-time delivery notifications via SMS/WhatsApp/Email, and provide customer support.

4. Shipping & Delivery Data: We use your city, address, and postal code only to calculate shipping and ensure successful delivery. Delivery charges are Rs.200 within Punjab, Rs.300 outside Punjab, and free shipping is available for Lahore orders above Rs.1,500.

5. Security: All communications with our servers are encrypted via 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
