Shipping Policy

You can now order online and pay cash at your doorstep!

We now offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as an option for payment in your local currency "PKR".

While placing your order, choose 'Cash on Delivery' as your preferred payment method. Print your order confirmation until you receive your order.

Please Note:

• Cash on Delivery is available on every product delivered by WipeAura.
• All orders placed after 4 P.M will be delivered the next day.
• Shipping fee in Punjab is Rs.200.
• Shipping fee outside Punjab is Rs.300.
• Free shipping is available only for Lahore city orders above Rs.1,500.
• For all cities across Punjab, a flat delivery charge of Rs.200 is applied.
• For orders outside Punjab, a flat delivery charge of Rs.300 is applied based on the customer's city.
• Delivery of orders outside Lahore will take place in 3 to 5 working days.
• We don't allow/process bulk buying online as per company "SOPs".
• Upon delivery, the carrier will collect the due amount for the order total, including handling fees.
• Payment for COD will only be accepted in the local currency (PKR).
• Payments through COD, refunds, and exchanges can be handled from our Facebook and Instagram inbox.
• We do not offer refunds, however, in special cases we offer online store credit for the amount spent minus delivery charges.
• We reserve the right to suspend, hold, or cancel an order if we deem necessary.
